Context

Within the Security Division of SPW Digital, you will primarily lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects aimed at strengthening the control of identities, authentications, and authorizations across infrastructures, applications, and cloud environments. The assignment requires recent and demonstrable experience implementing an IAM solution in a complex environment.

You will join a team composed of cybersecurity experts, architects, infrastructure teams, operational security teams, and external partners. You are responsible for the coordination and successful execution of security projects with a strong technical component, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational constraints, and regulatory requirements.

The project manager will join the Security Division’s project management team, reporting directly to the division manager. On a daily basis, they will work under the functional coordination of a program manager responsible for the overall management of the cybersecurity project portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-time and quality delivery of projects
  • Lead cybersecurity projects
  • Ensure complete management of the projects assigned to you, from the study phase to production deployment
  • Define scope, objectives, planning, resources, budgets, and deliverables
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks
  • Provide reporting to governance bodies and sponsors
  • Organize and facilitate work meetings, steering committees, and workshops with stakeholders
  • Contribute to IT infrastructure security projects

You will primarily work on IAM projects covering, among other things:

  • scoping, selection, deployment, and production rollout of IAM components;
  • lifecycle management of identities and accounts: onboarding, mobility, role changes, and departures;
  • automated provisioning and deprovisioning of access;
  • definition of roles and authorizations, as well as implementation of least privilege principles and separation of duties;
  • identity federation, Single Sign-On, multifactor authentication, and passwordless authentication;
  • access review and certification campaigns, traceability, and compliance reporting;
  • integration of IAM with HR repositories, directories, applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure services;
  • management of privileged accounts, technical accounts, and non-human identities, in coordination with PAM solutions;
  • migration of identities and authorizations, testing, change management, and user adoption;
  • additionally, infrastructure security projects related to SASE, ZTNA, VPN, firewall, secure networks, and cloud architectures.

Assigned projects may include strategic studies, technical specifications, market consultations, as well as operational deployments of security solutions.

Ensure Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with infrastructure, network, cloud, security teams, and vendors
  • Facilitate decision-making and arbitration between business needs, technical constraints, and security requirements
  • Ensure proper coordination between the various parties involved in projects
  • Support teams during migration, testing, validation, and production deployment phases
  • Contribute to operational security

Depending on service priorities, the expert may be required to work on other topics within the security program.

What We Are Primarily Looking For

We are primarily looking for an infrastructure security project manager who has recently led a concrete IAM implementation, preferably in a large organization or hybrid environment. The candidate must be able to demonstrate their role, achieved results, encountered challenges, and lessons learned.

The ability to translate business and security needs into a feasible IAM roadmap, manage technical and organizational dependencies, and lead the solution through to adoption and operation is essential.

Knowledge of other infrastructure security domains—PAM, PKI, HSM, SASE, networks, firewall, VPN, and cloud—will be considered as complementary to the expected IAM experience.

Evaluation Method

The evaluation of candidates will be carried out in three phases:

Phase 1: Verification of Required Criteria

Responses to closed questions as well as information present in the CV will be analyzed to verify compliance with the minimum requirements for the assignment.

Result:

Compliant with requirements: proceed to phase 2.

Non-compliant: exclusion.

Phase 2: Evaluation of the Application File (CV)

Candidates meeting the requirements will be subject to a qualitative analysis based on their CV and their responses to the questionnaire (comments).

Candidates with the highest scores will be invited for an interview.

Phase 3: On-site Selection Interview

The on-site selection interview will take place within 1 to 2 weeks following the submission deadline, at time slots set by SPW. The candidate’s unavailability to participate in the interview will result in exclusion.
