Cybersecurity Manager – CISO

ROLE

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager who will take on the role of CISO within i-mens, providing organization-wide direction to our cybersecurity policy and helping to monitor the management of digital risks and our related reputation. In this strategic expert role, you combine policy insight with concrete impact. You work closely with ICT, data, management, and other partners and report directly to the Director of ICT, Data and Strategic Projects (CIO).

As Cybersecurity Manager, you are responsible organization-wide for developing, implementing, and monitoring the cybersecurity and information security policy of i-mens. You focus on governance, risk management, and awareness.

TASK PACKAGE

  • develop, update, and translate the cybersecurity and information security policy into clear frameworks, standards, and guidelines
  • work from a recognized framework (such as NIST) and systematically monitor the maturity of cybersecurity within the organization
  • initiate and manage cyber-related initiatives and improvement projects based on market insights, risk analyses, incidents, audits, and strategic priorities
  • manage the full cycle of risk management from a reputation reference framework, including identification, protection, prevention, response, and recovery
  • oversee the incident response and crisis management framework for cyber and information security incidents and take on a coordinating role in incidents and data breaches
  • identify, assess, and monitor cyber risks organization-wide, with attention to continuity, compliance, and reputation
  • collaborate with ICT, data, legal, and other departments on cyber-relevant processes (such as change and run), with a focus on governance and risk management
  • act as a substantive point of contact for internal and external audits and for cyber and risk-related aspects within supplier and contract management
  • report to and advise management and directors in a clear way about cyber risks, priorities, and developments.

WHO ARE YOU

A strategically strong expert who can approach cybersecurity organization-wide and can clearly translate complex matters into policy and decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A master's degree, preferably in an ICT or business-related field, or an equivalent level through relevant and demonstrable experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of ICT risk management and cybersecurity, with a good understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, cloud, and data environments.
  • Familiar with risk management within IT and digital ecosystems, including 3rd party and supplier risks.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of cyber and risk management frameworks (such as NIST) and can apply these pragmatically in an organizational context.
  • Insight into ICT service management and ITIL principles, particularly in relation to change and run processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as the main points of NIS2, and can translate their impact into policy and governance.
  • Able to analyze risks, weigh them up, and provide clear and well-founded advice to management and directors.
  • Communicate fluently and convincingly, both in writing and orally, and can facilitate collaboration and coordination.
