Demonstrable experience as a Data Engineer
Demonstrable experience with databases
Demonstrable experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for developing data flows and ETL processes
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2

De Lijn is looking for a Data Engineer for the ICT & Data Architecture department, Data & Analytics Architecture service.

De Lijn is investing in a new electric fleet, which brings many challenges.
These challenges include unlocking the technical data of the vehicles, as well as normalizing the data according to standards.

For the data team, we are therefore looking for an enthusiastic Data Engineer who can correctly ingest and interpret our data. You will be part of a project team with as closest colleagues a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, and Product Owner.
