Mission Description

STIB wishes to initiate a Proof of Concept (POC) around artificial intelligence applied to its Salesforce Service Cloud (Agentforce) environment.

The Data & Integration Specialist will play a key role in the success of the AI POC, ensuring the quality, availability, and consistency of the data used by Agentforce. They will ensure proper integration of flows between Salesforce, Data Cloud, and external systems.

Mission Objectives:

• Guarantee the reliability of data within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure the necessary integrations between internal systems and Salesforce.
• Contribute to the preparation of AI data and its utilization within the POC framework.

General Tasks and Skills

• Configure and maintain data flows between Service Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Manage the quality, deduplication, and structuring of customer data.
• Participate in the design of AI data models.
• Collaborate with developers and the AI expert on integration pipelines.
• Document processes and ensure traceability of flows.

Technical Skills Specific to the Mission

• Mastery of Salesforce Data Cloud, APIs REST/SOAP, ETL (MuleSoft, Talend, etc.).
• Knowledge of advanced SQL and manipulation of large data volumes.
• Experience in data governance, CRM modeling, and security.

Knowledge in AI data integration and metadata management.

The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 working days.
