Description:

As part of the further rollout of the new Vaccination application suite of Zorg Vlaanderen, we are looking for a hands-on rollout coordinator with experience in rollout guidance and support, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Purpose of the assignment:

The rollout coordinator will, in collaboration with the program managers of Zorg Vlaanderen and SMALS, support users and integrators from the healthcare sector in the transition from the existing vaccination systems to the new Vaccinnet 2.0 system. The rollout coordinator will support the development of communication deliverables, FAQs, the onboarding of target groups, and coordinate and provide third-line support, as well as organize and feed the feedback loops with first-line support and the aforementioned FAQs.

Areas of responsibility:

Towards the service integrators, developing:

• Workshop content and presentations to support the rollout;
• Presentation sessions, content following a format similar to the workshops;
• Onboarding: developing and helping to implement stakeholder-friendly processes and follow-up, serving as liaison with first-line support, and contributing to the development of stakeholder-friendly FAQs.

Towards the user groups (Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals, ...) developing:

• Communication elements (PowerPoints, newsletters, etc.) in consultation with the development teams and the program managers of Zorg Vlaanderen and SMALS.
• Planning and co-developing presentation and feedback sessions regarding target group deliverables.
• Developing onboarding support and reporting.
• Co-developing and monitoring the support processes for user groups through the various channels: first-line call center, FAQs, second-line support, and the interaction between these three (adjusting FAQ based on frequently asked questions to first and second line, procedures for support in case of application bugs).

Being able to empathize with the agile delivery by the development teams and, based on their roadmap, develop relevant communication elements.

Provide support in developing a user support plan.

The selected candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in the following domains and aspects:

• Experience with stakeholder communication and user support;
• Experience in the healthcare sector;
• Affinity with the care sector, knowledge of the broader principles and actors;
• Knowledge of the Belgian eHealth ecosystem;
• Experience with the rollout of doctor applications;
• Experience with user support first, second, and third line, and the rollout of this support through interactive and passive channels is a must;
• Experience with agile development projects.
