Developer PowerPlatform
The ICT department of the FPS Economy has scheduled the launch of the Indicateur 2.0 application in its 2026 planning. This project has been given the highest priority because the existing application no longer meets the security requirements of a modern application. It has been decided to develop a new version within Microsoft’s PowerPlatform, specifically by developing a Model-driven PowerApp with a Dataverse backend.
We are looking for an experienced Developer for PowerPlatform applications.
Below are the skills we are seeking in our future colleague:
Technical Skills (must-have)
– Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on model-driven apps
– In-depth experience with Dataverse:
* data models, relationships
* business rules
* security roles and privileges
– Experience with Power Automate:
* cloud flows
* business process flows
* error handling and optimization
– Development and configuration of:
* forms
* views
* dashboards
– Experience with JavaScript for client-side extensions (form scripting)
– Knowledge of Power Platform ALM:
* solutions
* environments
* deployment and version management
– Experience with integrations:
* standard and custom connectors
* REST / Web API
* connections with external systems and/or Azure components
Development and Analytical Skills (must-have)
– Technical translation of functional analyses and user stories into concrete solutions
– Active use of Copilot for:
* generating and improving formulas, flows, and scripts
* accelerating development work
* technical documentation and code explanation
– Ability to analyze, optimize, and extend existing solutions
– Testing, debugging, and supporting acceptance and integration tests
Soft Skills and Work Attitude (must-have)
– Clear communication with functional analysts, testers, and stakeholders
– Ability to work independently within agreed architecture and guidelines
– Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
– Problem-solving and result-oriented
– Team player with experience in agile/scrum teams
– Willingness to share knowledge and apply best practices
Assets (nice-to-have)
– Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications
– Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
– Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD within the Power Platform context
– Experience in complex organizations or government context
– Insight into governance, security, and compliance within M365 / Power Platform
Languages
Language proficiency – Native proficiency in FR or NL is equally acceptable. Understanding the other national language is a must; speaking it is not required.
