STIB continues the maintenance and evolution of its CRM environments centered on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this context, it is seeking a Sales/Service Cloud developer to ensure the maintenance and ongoing development of the platform in order to guarantee its stability, performance, and scalability.

In this context, the consultant works on both the functional and technical aspects of the CRM, ensuring the development, configuration, maintenance, and evolution of the Salesforce platforms used by the B2B and Customer Care teams.

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are a strategic pillar for STIB, enabling in particular:

• the management of customer interactions and cases via Service Cloud
• the management of B2B activities via Sales Cloud
• the management of customer consents and preferences in compliance with the GDPR
• operational reporting and performance monitoring via dashboards and KPIs.

Mission Objectives:

In this context, the developer is responsible for:

• The stabilization and post go-live evolution of the Service Cloud project
• The launch of Artificial Intelligence initiatives for Customer Care to automate the processing of customer requests
• The creation of reports
• The maintenance of Sales Cloud

At the end of the mission, the following deliverables are expected:

• Analyze business needs with the functional teams
• Define technical specifications
• Develop technical components and implement user stories
• Maintain the necessary technical components
• Contribute to automation and AI (Agentforce) initiatives for Customer Care
• Participate in the optimization of operational reporting and dashboards
• Prepare and execute unit and integration tests
• Correct anomalies identified during test phases
• Manage incidents
• Write technical documentation related to the developments
• Manage releases
