STIB continues to maintain and evolve its CRM environments centered on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this context, it is seeking a Sales/Service Cloud developer to ensure the maintenance and ongoing development of the platform to guarantee its stability, performance, and scalability.

In this context, the consultant is involved in both the functional and technical aspects of the CRM, ensuring the development, configuration, maintenance, and evolution of the Salesforce platforms used by the B2B and Customer Care teams.

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are a strategic pillar for STIB, enabling in particular:

• the management of customer interactions and cases via
  Service Cloud
• the management of B2B activities via
  Sales Cloud
• the management of consents and customer preferences in compliance with
  GDPR
• operational reporting and performance tracking via dashboards and KPIs.

Objectives of the assignment:

Within this framework, the developer is responsible in particular for:

• The stabilization and post go-live evolution of the Service Cloud project
• The launch of
  Artificial Intelligence initiatives for Customer Care to automate the processing of customer requests
• The creation of reports
• The maintenance of Sales Cloud

At the end of the assignment, the following deliverables are expected:
