NTT DATA is actively looking for a DevOps Engineer for one of its partners in the public sector. This freelance position is hybrid and homeworking is allowed.

The company is looking for an Azure DevOps Boards Expert/Coach to redesign, standardize and manage the use of the organization's Azure DevOps boards by aligning 'agile practices', 'KPI' and 'reporting management'.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit existing boards and propose a configuration based on the native template
• Define standard guidelines and gain buy-in from teams
• Implement KPIs (burndown, velocity, comparative projects) and automate reports
• Train and coach teams to read/produce these reports
• Conduct change management and evaluate the migration of existing data

Expected deliverables:

• New documented board model
• User guides & training videos
• Ready to use KPI dashboards
• Migration plan validated and deployment schedule

Skills & prerequisites:

• Azure DevOps certifications and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSPO or equivalent)
• Proven experience in coaching, training and change management
• Mastery of Azure DevOps reports (Analytics Views, Power BI)
• Ability to popularize and federate multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills (FR/NL/EN)
