DevSecOps onboarding support

SPW Digital has decided to adopt a DevSecOps approach as part of regaining control over its new developments, with the aim of increasing agility, quality, and the overall cost efficiency of its services. This DevSecOps approach must be implemented within the framework of a hybrid cloud hosting strategy, relying on the complementary use of its current internal hosting capabilities (SPW data center), a private cloud, and one or more public clouds.

Furthermore, the DevSecOps pipeline will enable the assessment of application vulnerabilities at the security level to ensure a higher level of security across the application portfolio. To support this strategy for securing IT applications, SPW Digital wishes to hire a junior DevOps engineer to assist the senior already in place.

The objectives of the assignment are as follows:

  • Take charge, together with service provider and development teams, of onboarding applications onto the DevSecOps pipeline
  • Help promote DevOps practices and processes, including security aspects (Sec), within SPW Digital
  • Participate in new development projects by handling the definition of the hosting solution, as well as the definition and implementation of CI/CD pipelines

The main activities and deliverables related to this assignment are:

  • Collaborate with the DevSecOps team for the onboarding of new projects
  • Participate in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with infrastructure and development teams
  • Define and draft the required procedures concerning CI/CD
  • In collaboration with the operations teams, select, configure, and maintain (ensure evolutions of) the tools involved in CI/CD pipelines and in the DevSecOps practice

Evaluation method

The candidate will be evaluated through an interview (either via Teams or in person) before November 7, 2025.

We will first ask the candidate to introduce themselves briefly, then we will present the assignment.

Next, we will ask the candidate questions to assess their experience, technical and behavioral skills, as well as their suitability and motivation for the assignment.

We will ask the candidate to illustrate their answers with concrete examples taken from their personal experience, and we will evaluate their reaction to given situations.
