Advisor to the Director of the DTO and JustCase Program Manager

As the senior advisor to the Director of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), you will report directly to them. Your main mission will be to provide strategic and operational support, monitor project budgets, and contribute to the drafting of documents related to the JustCase program.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic advice: You will assist the DTO Director in organizing, developing, and managing the judicial case management system, offering expertise on the functional, technical, and organizational aspects of the DTO.

• Budget monitoring: You will oversee the budgets of the projects under your responsibility, ensuring that expenditures align with the DTO’s financial goals and budgetary constraints.

• Document drafting: You will write or contribute to high-value strategic and operational documents for the JustCase program, with particular attention to clarity, accuracy, and relevance of information.

• Program management:

• Initiation and implementation: You will lead the initiation and implementation phases of the JustCase program, working closely with stakeholders and relevant internal actors.

• Point of contact: You will act as the main contact for the program management process for all internal Justice stakeholders.

• Activity monitoring: You will closely track all program activities and interdependencies according to the defined objectives and milestones.

• Organizational structure: You will help define the internal and external organizational structure and the approach toward implementation partners to proactively guide the program toward its predefined objectives.

• Change management and communication:

• Activity integration: You will integrate or liaise with change management and communication activities necessary for the program’s success.

• Digital strategies: You will support the DTO in developing digitization strategies within the broader Justice digital transformation program.

This position is essential to the success of the JustCase program and to supporting the overall digital transformation led by the Digital Transformation Office of the Justice system.
