As part of the single file project, Forem is deploying a Microsoft Dynamics CRM to unify its user relationship management practices (job seekers, companies, partners).

To achieve this, specific support is required in order to align business practices, support employees, structure engagement, and train more than 1,200 agents.

The objective is to ensure a smooth, effective, and consistent adoption aligned with public service challenges.

The instructional design expert will need to design, in agreement with the Change team and the Forem Academy, the training strategy / deployment plan adapted to the various business roles in order to effectively train, within a limited timeframe, the hundreds of agents who will be using the CRM. They will also be responsible for the instructional design of the training within a mix learning approach and for training the trainers of the Forem Academy.
