We are looking for an experienced specialist in document generation to strengthen the CCM team. In this role, you are responsible for the design, development, and management of document solutions within the DOC1 and EngageOne platforms.
These are our legacy document generation platforms that still need to be supported for a while.

You act as the central point of contact for everything related to the generation of letters, documents, and customer communication. In this capacity, you capture and analyze the needs of internal stakeholders and translate them into concrete solutions within the existing CCM environment.

In addition to development and analysis activities, you are also responsible for the operational management of the platforms. This includes monitoring and resolving incidents, ensuring system continuity, and implementing improvements where necessary. You work closely with internal clients, the CCM team, and external parties such as print and distribution partners, and actively contribute to stable and high-quality document processing.
