💼 Your Role

As an Enterprise Architect, these are the main tasks that you'll be responsible for:

• Creating business architecture models that reflect the organization's strategies and goals.
• Integrating the project and program strategies and ensuring alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities
• Creating and implementing a business vision and multi-year plan
• Supporting the rationalization of IT systems, management of corporate governance processes, development and operation of project, as well as program and portfolio management frameworks.
• Coordinating the EPMO function and providing effective leadership to analysts or architects under his/her coordination.
• Coordinating and contributing to briefing production in the digital transformation area, corporate requests in the EA and EPMO area, Digital Transformation strategy, DRPM processes and application of the principles of the new EC Digital Strategy
• Conducting costs/benefit analysis, As-Is and To-be situation analysis and gap analysis.
• Preparing and moderating meetings with different levels of stakeholders.
• Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
• Conducting research to find ways to improve processes in the organization.

🛠️ What You'll Bring

✅ Technical Skills:

• Minimum 13 years of professional IT experience.
• Minimum 13 years of project, program and portfolio management methodologies. (e.g. Prince2, PMI, PM2, MSP, MOP, etc)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development methodology (e.g. RUP, AGILE)
• Minimum 8 years of project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, JIRA)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Governance.
• Experience contributing and coordinating briefings in the digital area.
• Experience with managing corporate governance processes.
• Some experience with Enterprise Architecture modelling (e.g. BPMN, UML).
• Experience in cost/benefit analysis or in As-is/To-be/Gap analysis.
• Experience in team coordination.
• Experience in consulting.
• Experience in managing stakeholders and business representatives.
• Experience in the realization of studies.
• Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, notations and tools.

🗣️ Languages:

• Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing

🤝 Soft Skills:

• Autonomous

• Excellent verbal communication.
