FOD Economy is currently conducting a small POC with Sparx Enterprise Architect for a specific project to increase its maturity in terms of Enterprise Architecture tooling.

We wish to evaluate and further expand this exercise, with the aim of later rolling out a tool for the entire IT department.

For this, we are seeking assistance from an Enterprise Architect expert with extensive experience in the field of Enterprise Architecture, the setup and use of Sparx E.A. (and preferably also other tools).

Tasks:

• Evaluation of what has currently been done within the POC
• Establishment of best practices for the use of a tool
• Configurations in the tool
• Describing some additional architectures in the tool according to the setup from the previous two points
• Hybrid regime possible
• Preferably, the assignment should be carried out part-time (negotiable)
