Currently, the FPS Economy is conducting a small POC with Sparx Enterprise Architect for a specific project to increase its maturity in Enterprise Architecture tooling.

We wish to evaluate and further expand this exercise, with the aim to later roll out a tool for the entire IT department.

For this, we are seeking assistance from an Enterprise Architect expert with extensive experience in the field of Enterprise Architecture, the setup and use of Sparx E.A. (and preferably also with other tools such as ARIS).

5 years of experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, and preferably also experience with another E.A. tool. Experience with ARIS is an asset.

Tasks:

• Evaluation of what has currently been done within the POC
• Drafting of best practices for tool usage
• Configurations in the tool
• Describing a few additional architectures in the tool according to the setup from the two previous points

General:

• Experience with ARIS is an asset.
• The assignment can be carried out partly at our office in Brussels and partly via telework.
• The assignment can be performed full-time (5 days a week), or preferably as a part-time assignment (a few days a week; possibly for a certain period of the assignment: to be discussed and according to the possibilities of the consultant).
