As part of the Wave project for ONSS and ONEM, we are looking for a senior functional analyst.

The assignment will take place in an Agile/Safe context within a scrum team of around fifteen people (functional analysts, architects, developers, UX designers).

The candidate will be required to carry out detailed functional analyses in collaboration with other team members and the product managers responsible for unifying the needs of the various stakeholders. The chosen solution architecture is modular (REST services) and distributed (integration of external e-services).

The mission will consist of improving the existing solution by adding new functionalities.

Proven experience on an IT product implementation project is desired.

• The ideal candidate profile is as follows: IT background with at least 8 years of proven experience as a functional analyst.
• We have a preference for someone who started their career as an analyst-developer or test-analyst
• Knowledge of the specificities of the public sector (eGovernment)
• Knowledge of Jakarta technical environments is a plus
• Good knowledge in setting up REST interfaces is required
• Experience with the Elastic Search solution is a plus
• 5 years of experience using BPMN & UML in projects.
• Bilingual FR / NL with knowledge of EN
• Works well both in a team and independently
• Good communication skills
