We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer / DevOps who is passionate about automation, observability, and modern infrastructure architecture. You will be involved in the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical, virtualized or containerized environments within dynamic and passionate technical teams.

Your missions

• Design and maintain virtualized and hyperconverged environments (Nutanix, VMware, Proxmox, KVM, Hyper-V).
• Set up and administer Kubernetes and Docker Swarm clusters (infrastructure, storage, network, backup).
• Develop and automate deployments via Ansible, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Implement and manage observability platforms based on the Grafana LGMT stack (Mimir, Loki, Alertmanager, Alerta, Traefik).
• Participate in the implementation of disaster recovery plans and the migration of Linux environments (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS).
• Collaborate with support and project management teams to ensure the stability and performance of services.

Your profile

• Higher education in computer science (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering, virtualization, and DevOps.

• Excellent knowledge of:
  Linux / Windows Server
  Kubernetes / Docker / Swarm
  Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
  Nutanix, VMware, Proxmox
  Observability (Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo)

• Strong networking fundamentals (VLAN, VPN, routing).

• Good level of technical English, fluent French.

Additional assets

• Experience in VoIP architecture (Asterisk).
• Knowledge of backup solutions (Rubrik, Hycu, Veeam).
• Ability to lead a small team and manage technical projects.
• Teaching or team-leading experience (trainer).
