This mission order concerns support for the SAP BI platform service.

This support will be carried out in collaboration with the technical leader who is responsible for alerting, technical monitoring of the platform components, security management, technical support for the SAP BI platform components, alignment with Paradigm’s internal teams; as well as with the Product Manager or Application Service Manager of Paradigm (CIRB) responsible for validating the prioritization of requests and workload.

The reporting environments mainly concern:

• The NOVA application for urban planning permit management
• The HMS application
• The FMS (Fix My Street) application

Task description:

• Daily management of incidents and change requests:

• Incidents. Mainly:

  • Incidents related to data updates

• Requests. Mainly:

  • Support for the creation of new BI reports
  • Support for modifying BI reports

• Change. Mainly:

  • Requests for data flow modification
  • Requests for modification of the data model (infrequent)
  • Requests for Univers modifications

• Carry out tests and validate results before the production deployment of operational source applications and support any adaptations due to changes in operational sources, which includes functional maintenance of the conceptual data model of the SAP BI platform data warehouse

• Update and maintain documentation

• KPIs to monitor the quality of the service provided by the contractor twice a month:

• An overview of open and closed tickets, including response times and resolution times compared to the objective SLA times (to specify the feasibility of reporting in the CIRB ticketing tracking tool, otherwise provide the report)

• The workload related to each ticket

Expected skills: The presented candidate must have the following skills:

• Technical

• ETLs

• Data services: expert in data services designer (minimum 3 years of experience)
• PL/SQL (DWH in Oracle) & PostgreSQL (source DBs) (minimum 2 years of experience)
• Univers and reports
• Business Object: expert in information design tool (minimum 3 years of experience)
• Data model DataWarehouse

• Expert functional analyst for conceptual data model design (minimum 3 years of experience)

• Ideally FR and NL

Expected experience

• Level of experience: 5 years’ experience as BI analyst
• Experience content: public sector
• Mastery of a specific field / Certification: SAP Certification
