As a Senior BI Project Manager – Expert in developing data flows and reports related to personnel payroll administration in the public sector, you are part of the BICC department of DG BMS&I (Budget, Strategic Management and Integrity) and are responsible for carrying out the following tasks:

Modeling, development of BI reports in the field of HR in a SAP environment:

• Data warehousing:
• SAP BW HANA
• SAP Datasphere
• SAP dataservices

• SAP BPC

• Front-end:

• SAP Business Objects (WebIntelligence, Crystal report, SAP Analysis, CMC)

• SAP Analytics Cloud

• Main external data sources:

• SAP HR, SAP FI/CO, DMFA/LTDS, …

• Data warehousing: Compliance with quality criteria for deliverables, robustness, documentation, and adherence to agreed delivery deadlines.
  Compliance with BICC conventions and legislation (e.g. GDPR), as well as for the methodology used in the deliverables.
  Architectural design in consultation with the team leader, modeling of BI objects and data flows, integration with authentic sources in line with the approach agreed upon with internal experts.
  Optimizing and automating data flows and visuals in line with professional obligations.
  Supporting and documenting the deliverables.
  Knowledge transfer to internal staff.
  Advising and training internal experts.
  Detailed reporting of technical performances by type of activity.

Domains: 5 years of effective experience as PM BI in the field of HR payroll administration (minimum requirement). 5 years of effective experience as PM BI in the field of HR payroll administration in the public sector is considered an asset.
