SPW DIGITAL, through its 8 divisions, ensures a number of activities for the benefit of the various SPW departments: operation of systems and solutions, management and coordination of development and maintenance projects for IT applications, provision of IT services, management of different service providers within the framework of various contracts, etc.

Within the SME Division (Standards, Methods, and Studies) is located a support center for Solution Quality, Agility, and DevSecOps. This center has as its main missions to:

• Develop a quality policy and approach for IT developments that is transversal at the organizational level
• Ensure control over the quality of IT solutions developed in the name of SPW Digital
• Steer quality based on user feedback and information in order to define and/or adapt reference documents
• Assist the business in various quality-related initiatives
• Develop a community of practice around IT solution quality.

Quality is therefore a crucial issue, both in terms of mastering IT developments under the control of SPW and for projects carried out by service providers. That is why SPW Digital would like to increase the resources of the Solutions Quality team from February 2027 with a profile that would provide both methodological and operational support.

Mission Objective

Based on the general methodology regarding the organization of testing of developed applications, the following is required:

• Participate in the proper application and evolution of the Quality policy regarding testing and documentation within SPW,
• Promote quality-related actions, notably the implementation of tools necessary for test execution such as master test plan, test plan, test scenarios, test automation, etc.
• Promote quality-related actions (code quality, unit testing, automation, etc.), particularly within a DevSecOps chain
• Collaborate with requestors responsible for defining the needs to be met by new or adapted applications as well as their maintenance,
• Coordinate and, if necessary, participate in test preparation (design, support with writing) and the follow-up of their execution,
• Coordinate the implementation of test execution reports, reporting of encountered issues, and the follow-up of their correction and implementation,
• Collaborate on the production of the master test plan at the start of development projects,
• Supervise spot checks on the quality of deliverables provided by service providers,
• Define recommendations related to non-conformities and verify their correct application
• Coach and supervise SPW test coordinators/testers
• Coach and supervise SPW test automation engineers
• Define quality thresholds with the requestors and make them SMART via dashboards/reports
• Draft follow-up action plans for non-conformities and continuous improvement, as well as reports regarding their follow-up.
• Conduct spot checks on the quality of deliverables related to a development

Evaluation Method

The candidate will be evaluated through an interview (either via Teams or in person).

We will first ask the candidate to introduce themselves in a few words, and we will present the mission.

Then we will ask questions to the candidate in order to verify their experience, technical and behavioral skills, as well as their suitability and motivation for the mission to be carried out.
