We are looking for an Expert Project Manager for Immigration Affairs. The AD DVZOE is currently renewing its internal digital work environment under the eMigration program. We are seeking an experienced project leader to help realize important business-oriented applications.

Job Description

Your range of tasks includes:

• Creating the project planning and assigning tasks to resources;
• Organizing and coordinating team meetings;
• Organizing ad hoc meetings with other teams to ensure everyone is aligned at all times;
• Managing the project's change requests;
• Regularly reporting on the project's status to the appropriate bodies;
• Correctly escalating significant changes or issues that fall outside the acceptable tolerance limits;
• Follow-up with suppliers.

Profile Description

• You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position;
• You are very familiar with iterative ways of working within IT projects;
• You possess in-depth knowledge of project methodologies;
• You have extensive experience with (large-scale) IT projects;
• You have experience with business process re-engineering;
• You have the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize;
• You show interest in the broader context of a project;
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• You demonstrate very strong interpersonal communication and listening skills;
• You are familiar with aspects of change management;
• You have knowledge of Application Management;
• You are Dutch- or French-speaking, with a good knowledge of English.
