We are looking for an experienced project manager capable of managing two projects simultaneously.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead these projects: establish the scope, planning, and budget, and manage them, meaning to anticipate and report. We are seeking someone experienced in leading projects for the development of administrative management solutions.

This project manager will need to manage and monitor the implementation of the projects so that the applications are put into production within the set budgets, deadlines, with efficiency and success.

This involves, among other things:

• In collaboration and consultation with the various relevant SPOCs, regularly monitoring the progress of the projects, both in terms of development and infrastructure and production deployment, with regard to deadlines, budget, and quality, and reporting to the client. On the basis of a solid analysis, proposing the necessary measures
• Documenting and reporting on project progress and issues encountered
• Organizing the production deployment
• Taking the necessary measures to resolve identified problems (streamlining issue resolution, proposing solutions, etc.) and discussing these solutions with the customer manager, the technical project manager, and the client
• Handling change requests: analyzing the consequences, proposing solutions, and discussing with the customer manager, the technical project manager, and the client
• Diligently allocating activities and verifying allocations
• Ensuring communication between the parties involved in the project, motivating them to participate, and fostering teamwork
• Managing the project group's resources
