TEC is one of the main players in mobility and economic, social, and sustainable development in Belgium. In order to improve its processes, a major HR transformation project has been launched. One of the objectives of this project is to centralize and secure HR data in transversal tools including SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactor, and specific developments.

Mission:
As part of the HR Directorate's transformation project, OTW wishes to be supported by a SAP HR & SuccessFactor expert for the definition of the project scope for the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactor solution in integration with SAP HR.

Activities:

• Support management and the project team in defining the project scope for both business and IT
• Provide expertise in defining an implementation roadmap for SAP SuccessFactor modules
• Finalize the specifications by integrating the key elements related to the implementation of the SuccessFactor solution and its modules
• Support the IT team responsible for legacy applications in defining a high-level migration plan from legacy applications to SuccessFactor and SAP HR
• Identification of opportunities and limitations for migrating legacy applications
• Definition of the big picture As-Is To-Be of the project
• Perform retro-analysis of existing functionalities of the current specific applications
• Model and draft the files related to technical-functional analyses
• Lead, facilitate, and document meetings with the various stakeholders (developer, end users, local management)
• Participate in the development of solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders
• Estimate impacts and risks related to decommissioning existing applications (historical data, functionalities, etc.)

Important information:
Participation in this tender involves a conflict of interest with the future SAP SuccessFactors implementation contract at OTW; the awardee of this contract will not be allowed to submit an offer for the latter tender.

To be compliant with the requirements, the proposed application must fully meet the following minimum requirements:

• The candidate must possess the required minimum skills and experience (roles/skills)
• The candidate must have perfect mastery of the French language, both spoken and written
• The candidate must be flexible and may need to travel to our different business units
