The desired profile has over 15 years of experience in the IT field of messaging, with a focus on integration, protection, and securing of various solutions interfacing with it.

• Must be able to integrate into a team working in a complex, heterogeneous technical environment, with multi-forest and multi-tenant setups.

• The profile is able to manage projects and respond to specific and advanced requests. He/she has in-depth knowledge of architecture, secure integration, and troubleshooting of M365 and is able to define and integrate the SMTP flow matrix through Exchange Online and Fortimail.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Purview, particularly in Data Lifecycle Management, Auditing, eDiscovery, and Information Barrier.

• An in-depth knowledge and understanding of interconnections between Cloud and On-Premise environments, including securing flows and certificate management, is required.

• Knowledge and strict adherence to GDPR protection standards is required.

• In their specific area of expertise, defines the design of infrastructures and solutions, sets standards, and automates processes to facilitate operational work.

• Ensures the implementation, maintenance, and support of infrastructures.

• Processing, management, and configuration of user and application SMTP flows (Project, Incident, Request).

• Management of the Fortimail solution and securing SMTP flows through Fortimail.

• Processing, management, and configuration of protection mechanisms (Anti-spam, quarantine, Black & Gray listing).

• Identity management, integration, and protection.

• Securing M365 integrations with third-party systems.

• Creation/optimization of technical processes for creation/management/monitoring (Shared mailboxes, technical reporting, onboarding/offboarding processes, standardization of requests).

• Management of security alerts and handling of research and/or information requests within the security team in general.

• Understanding, application, management, integration, and troubleshooting of advanced Outlook client features.

• Integration of applications/solutions into our environments (Project, Incident, Request) to ensure full access to M365 services.

• Advice and handling of specific internal requests requiring advanced expertise.

• Automation of inter-forest synchronization processes.

• Advanced skills in PowerShell and Graph and command modules to independently develop complex automations.

• Conducting technology watch and roadmapping for managed components and infrastructures, making necessary proposals, and leading implementations.
