As part of this assignment, we are looking for an experienced FullStack Analyst Developer to join the Scrum development team, composed of 5 people.

Assignments:

• The assignment is planned for a duration of 80 days
• The developments are closely linked to our Social software
• The following modules are within the scope of the assignment

1. Automatic Assignment of Social Workers (AS)

Development of a module enabling the automatic assignment of cases to social workers based on prioritized and configurable criteria, including:

• availability of social workers (AS)
• geographical location
• number of ongoing cases per social worker
• full-time equivalent (FTE)

Objective: optimize the distribution of workload and reduce manual assignments.

2. Recovery from Beneficiaries and Partners

Development of a management and monitoring tool for recovery, covering the entire lifecycle of receivables:

• monitoring of receivables and their status
• management of reminders (configurable)
• management of payment plans
• stopping payments in the social software
• link with the social software (flows, quality codes)
• management of correspondence (mail merge)
• management of debtor identification data
• recovery workflows (reminder, abandonment, litigation, etc.)
• contact with partners via workflow (link with an external platform)
• case-by-case view and consolidated reporting

Objective: centralize, automate, and secure the recovery process.

3. Request Register

Development of a request register including:

• entry and management of requests
• printing and electronic management of produced documents
• automatic creation of the request in the social software

Objective: ensure traceability of requests

Remote work possible 1 day/week.
