The FPS Economy is looking for experienced fullstack developers (Angular/Spring) to support the development of business applications and the modernization of its existing application portfolio, with a particular focus on improving the security, maintainability, performance, and technical sustainability of the applications.

As a developer, you will support the team according to needs and planning, working in close collaboration with the existing development teams.

Concrete assignments may involve different applications and processes within the FPS Economy. Depending on requirements, these may include both the modernization or rewriting of existing functionalities as well as the development of new features.

As an example, the modernization of the HR data management platform (Persys/Syspers).

The platform centralizes HR data from various sources and makes it available to FPS Economy applications. The modernization aims, in particular, to evolve the platform towards an architecture in which Syspers becomes the reference source for HR data used by the applications. This includes, among other things, the modernization of the data model, integration flows, as well as the gradual migration of existing applications. Particular attention will be paid to security, data quality, and data consistency. The role of the DWH will remain focused on data analysis and reporting.

New applications are systematically developed in Angular (17+) and Spring Boot. The original applications or processes are based on a mix of technologies (Java EE, JSF, Access, manual processes).

Expected experience: minimum 5 years of experience with Angular (9+), minimum 5 years of experience with Spring (Boot).
