As part of its software development activities, the Organisme payeur de Wallonie (OPW) has launched an enterprise architecture initiative consisting of establishing a reference architecture framework and aligning the information system components with the OPW's business strategy.

In this context, a technical architecture based on JAVA/Angular has been implemented, and all OPW applications are currently being rewritten following a Domain Driven Design approach.

The OPW wishes to acquire the services of a Functional Analyst. The main activities planned for this assignment are as follows:

• Acquire the necessary and sufficient knowledge of the business domain.
• Document and/or model and analyze business processes and procedures.
• Define the scope of the information system (identification of actors, identification and description of use cases).
• Understand and analyze user needs.
• Capture, elicit, validate, and manage functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Define the information system needs (identification of actors, identification and description of use cases, etc.).
• Write the project requirements specification.
• Write the functional analysis of the project.
• Write functional test scenarios and test plans in collaboration with the OPW Quality Unit.
• Write user documentation and online help.
• Provide user training, including modeling concepts and various presentations, various demos.
• Ensure the execution of functional tests.
• Assist users during the start-up and testing phases.

The activities will take place within the ARCHOPW-6 team responsible for the application overhaul of the OPW's accounting tools.

The remaining candidates will be invited for an interview before a jury, the composition of which will be communicated later.

The interview may be held remotely if circumstances require.
