As part of the public procurement digitization program for SPW, a previous business analysis assignment facilitated the integration of requirements into the development of the Omega application (based on the Soolid/Odoo platform). This new assignment will prepare for the decommissioning of Cesame (an application used by SPWMI agents) in order to, on the one hand, allow consultation of historical data and, on the other hand, document the functionalities not covered by the new Omega application. The analysis will serve as a basis for the implementation of a solution for the management of grant or allocation processes. This assignment may evolve towards participation in the design of the solution as well as other analyses related to this program.

The activities involve business, functional, and testing analysis as well as supporting the business in the adoption of the new solution. The analyst will also need to contribute to administrative simplification.

The deliverables are the business analysis (updating of models), the functional analyses (in the form of user stories), the test scenarios, as well as all relevant documents to facilitate the adoption of the solution (user guide, demo).
