Context

At Aquafin, we are looking for a Functional Analyst to strengthen the team working on digital projects related to the Project Management (infrastructure) directorate at Aquafin.

Expectations and experience?

As a Functional Analyst you are the bridge between the business and the development team. You translate business needs into clear functional requirements and help guide digital solutions that make a real impact. You work closely with product owners, developers, testers, and end users to ensure our applications are intuitive, future-proof, and reliable.

  • Independently perform activities and then clearly communicate results to the entire Product Team
  • Accurately build the documentation set
  • Experience with functional analysis in digital projects
  • Experience with BPMN for process modeling
  • Experience in preparing test scenarios
  • Close collaboration with the Product Owner and Product Team Lead responsible for delivering the solution
  • Facilitating workshops and interviews with internal stakeholders

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in IT, information management, or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) is a plus.
  • You can translate complexity into simple, understandable solutions.
  • You communicate fluently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and keep a close eye on deadlines.

Optional but highly valued:

  • Someone with tendering experience in the public construction sector (either from a design office or contractor) is a plus.
  • BIM experience, commercial estimation tooling, is a plus
