Fluvius is the largest municipal sewer manager in Flanders. Due to climate change, which is becoming increasingly tangible and noticeable, there is a need for adjustments within the sewer domain. Water reuse and the separation of the natural and human cycle are important links here. New European and Flemish legislation, the digitization of our networks, and making data available to all users are other goals. At the same time, various processes and systems are due for an update.

Within the sewer domain, you will work for the project Futureproof Sewer Networks on the following objectives:

• Building a digital twin of the sewer networks.
• Setting up reporting and configuring applications.
• You will work together with employees from different departments (investment works, operations, asset management, customer service, IT, ...) and thus develop a broad network.
• You are pragmatic and hands-on, eager to learn, enterprising, and highly analytical with strong communication skills. You are a true team player with an eye for customer value.
• You combine individual in-depth analysis with facilitating small working groups, in order to not only work together on the right solution but also accelerate change among all stakeholders.
• You define the necessary actions to achieve the desired TO BE in the short and long term.
• You anticipate potential problems in a timely manner and escalate them to the project manager.
• You translate business needs into functional requirements for the applications.
• You inquire about and inventory the reporting needs and describe these for implementation.
