Function

The functional analyst is responsible for analyzing the business processes of the RIZIV. He or she is involved in the initial phases of the project and ensures a detailed description of the current and future state of the process. He or she leads workshops, organizes and manages the meetings needed to gather information and to prepare the deliverables required to define the project, in accordance with the standards and methodology of the RIZIV.

Responsibilities

• Organizing meetings and workshops to understand and map the business processes of the RIZIV.
• Preparing documents necessary to define the process, so they can be directly used by the analysts to implement the solution.
• Ensuring throughout the project that the implemented solution matches the solution described in consultation with the Business.

• Communication: organizes and leads the necessary meetings or workshops with the Business. He/she has good listening skills.
• Conceptualizing: translating abstract and general reasoning and concepts into practical solutions.
• Analyzing information: analyzing data in a targeted way and critically assessing information.
