Genesis Consult is looking for a Functional Analyst to join our partner in Charleroi.

• Contract: freelance or permanent.
• Remote work: 50%.
• Modeling and functional analysis

Experience in process and requirements modeling with BPMN and UML.

Drafting functional requirements and modeling system architecture in collaboration with the business and the architect.

• Database modeling

Experience in database modeling with SQL Server.

Collaboration with DBAs to resolve technical and operational issues.

Mastery of the SQL Server ecosystem and interactions between databases.

• IT project management

The consultant has experience in managing complex IT projects, involving coordination with multiple teams and strict monitoring of business requirements.

Skills areas to be covered:

• Planning, monitoring, and coordination of multi-team IT projects, in collaboration with the business Product Owner.

• Drafting and structuring of functional and technical documents

Drafting functional and technical analyses to be used as reference by development teams and business stakeholders.

Translating requirements into Work Items on Azure DevOps.

• Testing and quality assurance

Knowledge of best practices in testing (functional, performance, regression).

Design and execution of comprehensive test plans in collaboration with development teams.
