The ICT department of the FPS Economy has scheduled the start of the Indicateur 2.0 application for 2026. This has been given the highest priority because the existing application no longer meets the security requirements of a modern application. It has been decided to develop a new version within Microsoft’s PowerPlatform, specifically by developing a Model driven PowerApp with Dataverse as the backend.

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst for PowerPlatform applications.

Below are the skills we are seeking in our future colleague:

Technical Skills (must-have)

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on model-driven apps
• Experience with Dataverse: data modeling, relationships, business rules, and security
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for process automation
• Experience in drafting functional analyses and specifications
• Knowledge of the interrelation between Power Platform and associated Microsoft ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure)

Functional / Analytical Skills (must-have)

• Strong business analysis: analyzing, modeling, and optimizing processes
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional solutions within Power Platform
• Experience facilitating workshops with key users and business stakeholders
• Drafting user stories, use cases, and process flows, preferably in an agile context
• Active and thoughtful use of Copilot for:
• analysis of business requirements
• structuring and refining user stories
• documentation and functional descriptions
• Insight into CRM and/or process-driven applications within organizations

Soft Skills and Work Attitude (must-have)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multilingual: Dutch / French ( / English)
• Proactive and independent work attitude
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Team player with experience in agile/scrum environments

Assets (nice-to-have)

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform)
• Experience with change management and adoption trajectories
• Experience within complex or larger organizations / government context

Languages

Language skills – FR or NL as native language is irrelevant. Understanding the other national language is required, speaking it is not necessary.
