Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst with large business-critical applications.
Demonstrable experience in technical environments within which the projects are situated
Knowledge and experience of data and process modeling techniques and tools.
Demonstrable experience in requirement analysis & design concepts for OO, multi-tier and web-enabled, and/or UML environments
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.

Context/Requirements

There is a need for an additional SAP business analyst SD/CS responsible for the analyses and choices in the various SAP projects that District09 realizes for the City of Ghent, OCMW Ghent, the emergency zone Centrum, the local police Ghent, and other organizations connected to Ghent. The consultant will be deployed on:

• Product management - SAP Functional Module Support (FMO) for Sales & Billing
• S/4HANA Program – Fiori Phase 2
• Implementation of a payment platform
• Finance Transition Project – invoicing
• POD Logistic Housing – internal invoicing

This assignment is to replace a long-term absence of an internal employee. The assignment may be extended or terminated early accordingly. Provisional end date: end of December 2026
