Beliris has been actively investing in the digitization of its processes and applications in recent years. Increasingly, the Mendix low-code platform is being used for the development of new applications and the modernization of existing solutions.

To ensure the continuity, maintainability, and further evolution of this application landscape, Beliris wishes to rely on a team of specialized Mendix profiles. These profiles will be deployed for the analysis, development, expansion, optimization, integration, and support of existing and any future Mendix applications.

The assignments may relate to:

• the development of new functionalities;
• the maintenance and optimization of existing applications;
• the integration with internal and external systems;
• improving performance, security, and user experience;
• supporting migration and modernization initiatives;
• analyzing and implementing new business requirements;
• drafting technical and functional documentation;
• knowledge transfer to the internal teams of Beliris.

The work is carried out according to Agile/Scrum principles and in close collaboration with the business departments, the ICT department of Beliris, and any external partners.

The awarding of the contract is based on price and the skills of the proposed candidates.

The actual start and number of days of this assignment depend on obtaining the required budget. Therefore, the awarding of the contract does not grant the right to the effective ordering of one or more parts of the assignment.

All required certificates and documents must be attached to the CVs. Documents must be accessible for validation. Without these documents, your profile may be rejected. The profile descriptions below are indicative, and the listed competencies and tasks should not be regarded as exhaustive.

For this assignment, Beliris is looking for a multidisciplinary team including a Functional Analyst.

The Functional Analyst has the following responsibilities, among others:

• Analysis of business needs;
• Organizing and facilitating workshops;
• Translating needs into user stories;
• Creating and maintaining backlogs;
• Developing functional documentation;
• Supporting acceptance and validation phases.

The assignment is a time & material mission. In case the actual duration is longer than the estimated term, the remaining work will be subject to a possible extension.

Assignment Organization

The tasks are carried out based on separate orders according to the needs of Beliris.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, one or more profiles may be deployed simultaneously for:

• new projects;
• expansions of existing applications;
• maintenance and support;
• optimization initiatives;
• migration and modernization initiatives.

Beliris reserves the right to deploy profiles flexibly according to priorities and available budgets.
