FIRST 2.0 is a major modernization program within the AGPR (Administration Générale de la Perception et du Recouvrement), aiming to transform the legacy monolithic FIRST application into a modern microservices architecture running on Kubernetes. The program adopts an API‑first and event-driven approach, and is gradually replacing the old legacy platform.
