Demonstrable experience as a functional application manager
Demonstrable experience in functionally evaluating applications and formulating maintenance or conversion strategies
Demonstrable experience in planning changes and implementing organizational changes
Demonstrable experience in applying ITIL and relevant basic processes (including configuration management, change management, ...)
Demonstrable experience with Application Lifecycle Management and the development and test environments required for the application
Demonstrable experience as an initiator/project leader for improvement maintenance and migration projects regarding the application
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience with ICT technology for which expertise is requested
Demonstrable experience for the technology in question or a similar technology

The Agency for Nature and Forests (ANB) cherishes, protects, and develops more than 70,000 hectares of nature reserves, forests, and parks in Flanders. Valuable nature projects? You will work at the Digitalization & Innovation Unit of ANB. The D&I unit within ANB is responsible for digitizing services, operations, and information, and for designing innovative solutions in this area. Our target audience is broad and includes citizens, partners, target groups, and also the agency’s employees, both in the office and in the field.

In addition to regular IT operations and support, two strategic programs are running within the D&I unit that shape the agency’s digital transformation:

• Digital Services: focused on improving digital interaction with citizens and partners
• Smart Nature: where technology such as IoT, AI, and data analysis is used to make nature management smarter and more efficient.
