As a test manager you will be part of the transversal test team of the IT department. This team is responsible for the testing of all STIB systems.

More specifically, you will work on the digital projects within IS like mobile projects, website of STIB, intranet, etc. As these systems are connected with a lot of other STIB systems and environments, you will need to coordinate and follow up all activities on these environments and collaborate with multiple teams. Setting up a test strategy, both functional and non-functional, is part of your responsibilities and you have experience in managing small test teams. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of testing methodologies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
