The mission is to join, as an analyst, a team related to the unemployment domain. The purpose of this team is to provide a set of useful applications for case managers working in the various unemployment offices.

As an Analyst, you are responsible for studying functional questions and change requests. You determine the scope of complex and large-scale development requests. You carry out detailed analyses of business requests, which you then model into functionalities. You oversee the development process in a Scrum/Agile environment. One of the applications you will be responsible for is C9Management; this application enables calculators to process requests coming from the various payment organizations.
