Context

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Developer for Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft ETL, and Microsoft C# developments to strengthen our team in managing our current SSIS ETL infrastructure. In a later phase, you will also be involved in the migration to Microsoft Entra ID Governance. Given the complexity of the platform, we are seeking someone with expertise and experience in Identity Management and Governance.

The developer will be part of an existing team and will be responsible for changes, updates, and management within IDM Identity Lifecycle Management and the ‘feed’ process of user management for an organization with over 20,000 employees.

Experience and knowledge

• Demonstrable senior expertise with Microsoft MSSQL / SSIS / ETL / C# developments
• Experience with .NET development
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of a security/information security standards framework is necessary for IAM implementations and context.
• Ability to work with BPMN, UML & documentation practice
• Knowledge of SCIM.

Tasks:

• Development and maintenance of the existing software components and contributing to future software development for Identity Management / Access Management.
• Contributing to the design and architecture of the IDM evolution within the organization.
• Participating in technical workgroups/meetings with integration partners, clients, and users when necessary.
• Participating in testing, creating technical documentation, evaluation, and reporting of the software components.
• Documenting implementations via MS Office and collaboration platforms, and communicating these with involved teams.
• Guiding colleagues and product teams in development on the platform.
• Acting as a bridge between the product team and cross-functional teams.
• Integrating development, test, and operational aspects in your deliverables.
• Actively sharing knowledge and implementations through transfer sessions with colleagues.

Profile:

• Certified in Microsoft Developments or equivalent by training.
• Solution-oriented attitude, able to quickly understand existing code, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Structured work approach and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to integrate into a small team, team player.
• Analytical mindset and knowledge of HR feed / IDM processing within the MS context are necessary.

Context:

We are located in central Brussels. During the onboarding period, a full-time presence may be required to acquire knowledge of the processes and implementations. Over time, the availability of the IAM Developer, except for a number of fixed days per month, will no longer be required full-time and the work (in consultation) can be performed rather on demand. Working from home is possible.
