ICT auditor
It is essential for the FASFC to regularly evaluate its IT management capabilities in order to optimize them and align with the high expectations of the business units. In this context, we are looking for a specialized ICT auditor who can carry out this evaluation assignment and make recommendations.
Expected tasks
The selected individual is expected to:

Analyze the current situation of IT activities regarding contracts from a financial perspective:

Process for establishing contracts
-
Process for contract management (Service Management)
-
Review of ongoing contracts and identification of cost-saving opportunities
-
Prepare a risk analysis related to these activities.

Propose a response strategy for these risks and pragmatic recommendations.
-
Propose an implementation roadmap, taking into account the priorities, constraints, and resources of the FASFC.
-
Present these recommendations in a clear and non-technical manner to the FASFC management (upon request).
Expected deliverables
-
A detailed audit report.
-
A risk study including risk identification, response strategy, and associated recommendations.

A proposal for an implementation roadmap.
-
A PowerPoint presentation of the results for management (C-level).
Required technical knowledge
The auditor must be able to demonstrate the following experience or capabilities:
-
Experience in IT (minimum 15 years).
-
Experience in IT procurement (contract management, public procurement, etc.) (minimum 10 years).

Experience in operational risk management (minimum 5 years).
-
Experience with similar audits (minimum 3 reference projects), clearly indicated on their CV.

Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch, both written and spoken (min. B2).
-
Ability to structure information and present it in non-technical language.

Ability to pragmatically manage complex situations under significant constraints (time, budget, organizational structure).
Practical information
-
The assignment will in principle take place at the offices of the FASFC, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the client within the FASFC.

The start of the assignment is planned within 5 working days after award, with a working rhythm to be determined in consultation with the FASFC, but with the obligation to be completed by 30/06/2026.
Languages
Dutch and French must be mastered very well, both written and spoken.
This mission concerns a part-time position.
