ICT Endpoint Lifecycle Employee

To strengthen the IT team, we are looking for an ICT Endpoint Lifecycle Employee who will help replace and manage laptops and desktops within the organization.

In this role, you are responsible for proactively managing the lifecycle of endpoints. You guide end users in the transition to new devices, ensure a smooth rollout, and closely monitor the entire replacement process. A customer-oriented and efficient service is central to this.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identifying outdated devices within the asset pool
• Contacting users to schedule replacements
• Coordinating and executing device swaps
• Supporting end users in the commissioning of new devices
• Ensuring correct administrative follow-up in the management tools
• Independently handling common questions and issues, with escalation possible when necessary

Required profile

• Ideally, you have initial relevant experience in IT support or endpoint management
• You have a good basic knowledge of IT and already some initial professional experience in a supporting IT environment
• You communicate smoothly and take a customer-oriented approach
• You work accurately, take responsibility, and interact professionally with end users
• Experience with endpoint management, asset management, or ITSM processes is an asset

Practical information

• Duration of the assignment: 6 months

• Interview sessions are scheduled for early June (on Wednesday 03/06 and Thursday 04/06 between 14:00 and 15:00 via Teams)

Given the course of the selection procedure and the application for a security clearance/advice, the candidate will only be able to start in August.
