We are looking for a ServiceNow analyst/developer. You will be part of the ICT Applications Data Management team, specifically the product team that manages ServiceNow fully autonomously in operations. The responsibilities include working on projects, maintenance, as well as incident management.

Responsibilities:

• You collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders.
• You contribute to the functional and technical design of the solution.
• You are responsible for setup, development, and testing within the application.
• You ensure thorough documentation of everything.
• You are able to turn problems into concrete solutions.
• You actively work on knowledge retention and knowledge transfer to colleagues.
• You communicate clearly, concisely, and promptly to all stakeholders.
• You participate in the estimation and planning of various setup and development activities for different initiatives.

Context/Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience with the technology in question or a similar technology - junior 1 year
• Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent by experience with ICT technology for which expertise is required
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
