Fedasil, the federal agency for the reception of asylum seekers, is looking for a Senior ICT Project Manager with proven experience in implementing solutions based on SharePoint / Microsoft 365.

You will be responsible for the successful rollout of SharePoint / Microsoft 365 projects, mainly:

• The migration to SharePoint and the new Intranet (also in SharePoint). The organization wants to use SharePoint as a collaboration platform (within departments, between departments, and as an intranet), where departments can manage their documents.
• The selected candidate will continue the activities already carried out within the projects Migration to SharePoint and Intranet (replacing the current project/service manager).

The candidate will…:

• take responsibility for achieving the project objectives and ensure that risks and issues are managed or escalated in an appropriate and clear manner;
• communicate with and manage stakeholders (business departments and reception centers);
• gain a good understanding of the agency, its expectations, and needs;
• prepare and deliver presentations, and facilitate decision-making among stakeholders;
• support the operational teams (business) during the training and coaching process;
• represent the project in accordance with the client’s culture, and ensure that the objectives regarding quality, transparency, auditability, and cost efficiency are achieved;
• work hands-on and, if necessary, go into detail.
