Main Mission

Ensure the management of identities and access within the information system, guaranteeing the security, compliance, and availability of services. The role covers:

• Daily operational activities (RUN)
• Advanced technical support
• Integration of client applications
• Implementation of functional evolutions and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

Project Mode (approximately 30% of the time)

• Contribute to functional evolutions and structuring of IAM processes
• Participate in the design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of new features
• Improve user management and support procedures

Operational Mode (approximately 70% of the time)

• Administer and maintain the IAM platform (updates, monitoring, patching)
• Provide advanced level technical support for complex cases
• Manage application connections (role creation, access configuration, provisioning)
• Ensure the quality and compliance of configurations and access rules
• Support client teams during testing and production deployment

Cross-functional Activities

• Draft functional and technical specifications
• Develop and adjust IAM configurations
• Implement automation tools to reduce manual tasks
• Document procedures and ensure traceability of operations
• Participate in continuous improvement (duplicate management, workflow optimization, automation of connections)

Hybrid work: 4 days on-site (1 day remote work)
