Context:

The institutions of the Brussels Region are facing major challenges in terms of digital transformation, and one of the fundamental issues for public services is to place citizens and businesses (commercial companies, universities, hospitals, non-profit organizations, etc.) at the heart of the services made available to them.

A significant transformation, which will improve the experience of our citizens, is to equip our administrations with efficient and modern HR, financial, and social management tools.

In practice, the WePulse Program aims to provide all local authorities in the Brussels region (Municipalities and CPAS) with a "Unified Application Suite", hosted on a centralized regional infrastructure, as well as to simplify and digitize processes between users (citizens, businesses) and the different administrations.

Mission:

As a security expert in identity management, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of security policies around Microsoft Entra ID and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments. You will play a key role in protecting sensitive data, managing identities and access, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement security strategies for Entra ID (M365, Azure,...) and Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Manage identities, roles, groups, and conditional access in Entra ID.
• Ensure governance of access to F&O modules (finance, supply chain, etc.).
• Implement advanced security controls: MFA, PIM, RBAC, audit, alerting.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure process compliance and security.
• Conduct security audits, access reviews, and risk analyses.
• Participate in migration, integration, or digital transformation projects related to the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Monitor technological developments regarding threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.

The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (including initial duration) of: 880 working days.
