The FPS Justice is looking for an Infrastructure Operations Manager to strengthen the ICT team.

This technical co-manager will collaborate with an existing non-technical co-manager.

Together, they will be responsible for the management and further development of the IT infrastructure of FPS Justice.

Your role

As Infrastructure Operations Manager, you are responsible for proposing and implementing appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, specific applications, networks, etc.) to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the organization in the field of ICT.

Together with your co-manager, you lead the infrastructure department and direct the execution of the common team objectives, as well as your personal objectives through various assignments.

You are part of the Operations department, where you contribute to the execution of the ICT team management plan and the management plan of FPS Justice.

Main tasks

Daily management of the IT infrastructure

Monitoring the performance and availability of the systems:

• Defining the main performance indicators (KPIs) for systems and applications
• Setting up monitoring tools to collect performance data
• Analyzing performance data and identifying deviations
• Developing and executing action plans to improve performance
• Reporting to management on the performance and availability of the systems

Identification and resolution of incidents:

• Defining processes for incident management
• Setting up ticketing systems for incident tracking
• Overseeing incident resolution by the technical team
• Escalating complex incidents to management

Implementation and follow-up of maintenance plans:

• Drawing up preventive and corrective maintenance plans for systems and applications
• Overseeing the implementation of maintenance plans by the technical team
• Ensuring compliance with SLAs with external suppliers

Collaboration with internal and external teams:

• Defining and maintaining working relationships with operational teams
• Coordinating interventions of internal and external teams on the infrastructure
• Negotiating service contracts with external suppliers
