ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is responsible for carrying out and assisting with construction and carpentry work and facility-related tasks with the aim of bringing and keeping the buildings, installations, and sites of Belgoprocess in good condition.

• Preparing and executing the assigned maintenance tasks to ensure a well-maintained working environment.
• Preparing and executing various carpentry works, less complex construction works, or facility works.
• Creating dimension sketches.

• Carrying out excavation works.

• Identifying, analyzing, and addressing problems within one's own area of expertise with the aim of solving them.

• Identifying defects.
• Analyzing problem situations and making proposals to solve or prevent them.

• Taking appropriate actions, after consultation with the team leader, with attention to safety, efficiency, and costs.

• Participating in working groups in the context of improvement projects with the aim of contributing to the continuous improvement process.

• Formulating proposals and possible solutions.
• Carrying out assigned tasks within the specified time frame.

• Participating in risk and workplace analyses.

• Reporting the status of the works within one's own area of expertise with the aim of informing the organization / the hierarchy, safeguarding knowledge, and ensuring continuous improvement.

• Monitoring the activities.
• Registering and keeping data up to date in the designated management system.
• Passing on and overseeing changes to schematics & P&IDs.
