ETNIC (Entreprise pour les Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication) is the IT operator of the FWB (Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles). As a public interest organization, ETNIC's mission is to design, develop, maintain, and advance information systems and technological infrastructures serving the administrations and institutions of the FWB.

A central player in the digital transformation of the Belgian French-speaking public sector, ETNIC operates in various fields such as: networks, security, data centers, cloud, business application development, support for digital projects, cybersecurity, and user support.

With a constant focus on innovation, performance, and public service, ETNIC regularly collaborates with external partners to strengthen its teams through IT consultancy assignments.

The current assignment concerns

• one of ETNIC's domains that has been particularly developed over the last five years: data management and exploitation. The challenges are multiple: ensuring data reliability and accessibility, reducing redundancies, improving decision-making processes, implementing the "only once" principle for users, and, finally, providing reliable and high-quality data to business applications while complying with security standards and norms thanks to virtualization tools.
• the management and exploitation of data for a specific application being installed within the framework of two programs (the CRM program and the IMAJINES_NEXT program): installation and use of a CRM (customer relationship management system).

Mission

As an IT data Steward specialized in CRM, cloud data, and/or virtualization, you will be at the heart of the analysis, implementation, and operationalization of the data layer used by ETNIC's CRM tools. You are able to actively participate in complex projects integrating secure hybrid cloud architectures, robust data pipelines, and integrated business solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a secure hybrid cloud architecture linked to on-premise data according to the architecture defined by the project team
• Designing, developing, and deploying data flows between the various components of this hybrid cloud architecture (Dataverse and DB2 luw/Db2 Mainframe) using CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365), virtualization (Denodo), and ETL (SAP Data Services)
• Organizing and migrating data from the source application to the CRM
• Automating business processes through the tools (MS Dynamics, Denodo, SAP Data Services)
• Classifying, anonymizing, and managing sensitive data in the cloud
• Organizing and creating the data to be tested as part of the project
• Designing and implementing security policies, access management, and data encryption in compliance with GDPR and local requirements
• Working closely with business, IT, and security teams to align technical solutions with business needs
• Participating in the evaluation of data-related bugs and incidents and proposing solutions during testing phases and in production
